Delivery Information
All in-stock items will be despatched, for next working day delivery, within 24 hours of receipt of order (orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday).
Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.
Items not available from stock will be notified to the customer, together with an anticipated delivery date.
Large, heavy and specialist items are delivered direct from the manufacturer (typically fridges, cabinets, furniture etc.) and customers will be notified of an anticipated delivery date.
Every effort will be made to ensure that ordered goods are delivered within the above timescales, however as we use third party couriers, no liability can be accepted for any delays.
Delivery to mainland UK
• Delivery is free of charge for orders over £150 (ex VAT)
• Delivery is £7.50 (ex VAT) for orders valued £75 - £150 (ex VAT)
• Delivery is £4.99 (ex VAT) for orders valued up to £75 (ex VAT)
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Island
• Delivery is £12.50 for all orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to any countries outside of the United Kingdom.
