How do I purchase products on this website?
Browse for products using the product categories on the left hand side or search using the search box at the top of the page. You can add products to your shopping basket by clicking ‘Add to Cart’. The products selected will then be listed in ‘Your Basket’ which is located at the top right of the screen. These items can be reviewed before clicking checkout where you will be asked for shipping and billing details. Payment is not taken until you reach the payment gateway.
Purchasing Pharmaceuticals.
In order for us to carry out the appropriate checks regarding the supply of Prescription only medicines (POM) and certain other Pharmaceutical products, they can only be ordered by account holders. In addition we will require a POM authorisation form to be submitted to us, by fax, prior to the first order being placed.
The POM authorisation form is available to download from the "Downloadable Forms" section of this website. It must be signed by a person with the appropriate responsibility. Please return it by fax to 01244 470045

How do I apply for an account?
If you order from us on a regular basis you may wish to apply to for a credit account with us. A credit account facility may be available subject to application and status. A credit account application form is available to download from the ‘Downloadable Forms’ section of this website. Payment of credit accounts is required within 30 days of date of the invoice.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards including: MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.
I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
Please contact us using the contact details provided under the contact section or alternatively download a order form or quotation enquiry form from the ‘Downloadable Forms’ section of this website.
Do I need to register to purchase products?
No, but by registering you receive extra benefits such as the ability to track your orders, receive updates and newsletters.
Pharmaceuticals are account orders only.
