1. When is my order likely to arrive?
In-stock orders placed before 4.00pm are despatched on the same working day (or the next working day if we’re closed!). Your order will be consigned for a pre-noon delivery on the following working day.
If we don’t have an item in stock, or the item is despatched direct from the manufacturer, we’ll contact you to confirm when to expect delivery. If you have a question about an existing order you’re waiting for, please call us on 0843 506 55 60
New users within our existing customer base need simply to complete this form and we’ll be in touch with you about creating your personal user account.
If you and your Company is new to us then we will need to validate your application and company background before personalised account prices can be setup.
If you don’t belong to a company, but would like to purchase one of our products from us, simply call the team on 0843 506 5560 and we’ll be happy to help you.
Those who have a user account with us will usually have an associated credit account setup, meaning means of payment are not required at the point of ordering.
If you prefer to pay by card, or do not have access to a credit account, we facilitate card payments using the trusted SagePay card handler, meaning any transactions are securely handled.
Yes, we can supply a list of products, however this list will depend on the type and size of establishment and your preference for products.

We list most of our regular product ranges on our website, however there may be items that are specialist or we haven’t supplied before. We can still help you though (and we love a challenge!).

If items in your order are delayed, you’ll have been made aware of this prior to despatch.

We deliver to all mainland UK areas. We also deliver to the Scottish Highlands, but this may incur a delivery supplement and we may not be able to offer a next day, midday delivery.
We do not currently supply to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

9. Can I get a copy of my invoice?Of course, please contact our accounts team at [email protected] and they will forward you an electronic copy (or post you another if you’d like to be traditional!).
