Standard Delivery Charges

Dispatch & Delivery Information Dispatch Schedule

• Orders placed before midday (12:00pm), Monday to Friday, for items that are in stock will be dispatched the same working day for delivery on the next working day.
• If you are enrolled on the weekly ordering schedule, your delivery will be made on your assigned day as per the schedule.
• All orders dispatched as per schedule are subject to stock availability. At times, unforeseen circumstances such as issues in the manufacturer supply chain may impact availability and delivery timelines.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to Mainland Great Britain.
• We also ship to Northern Ireland, Monday to Friday, excluding Thursdays.

Standard Delivery Charges

• A flat carriage fee of £17 (ex VAT) applies to all standard deliveries.
• Supplemental charges may apply for:
  • Refrigerated items
  • Heavy loads
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Central London Congestion Zone
• Saturday deliveries are available for a supplemental charge of £35. Please note: not all products qualify for weekend dispatch.
• Sunday delivery may be available for an additional fee—please enquire.
• We may dispatch non-stocked items directly from suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.If charges differ from the standard rate, you will be informed at the time of ordering.
• Same-day emergency deliveries or timed delivery services can be arranged upon request please contact our team for details and pricing.

Important Delivery Notes

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Weekend delivery is limited to eligible products.
• Deliveries will be made to your main reception area (if applicable). Drivers are not permitted to enter controlled areas of your premises.
• A signature may be required upon delivery, or a photo of the delivered goods will be taken by the driver.
• Please check and sign for the correct number of parcels upon receipt.

Damages & Shortages

• If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately.
• All damages or shortages must be reported to Speeds Medical Supplies within 3 business days of receipt.
• Speeds Healthcare Ltd does not accept liability for damages or shortages reported after this period.
